Just the Worm, Apparently

The Sunrise Special at IHOP.
A workout, or maybe a little jog.
One (?) of my grey socks.
All the hot water.
A cup of coffee with Joey.
Any of my CDs that aren't locked up somewhere.
Unrestricted opportunity to make loud noises, interrupting
or terminating my sleep, plus a window of opportunity to leave the
house before I have a chance to confront the aforementioned Early
Bird about the aforementioned noises..
The worm.
The newspaper.
Fresh coffee.
Diane Sawyer on that morning show.
A goddam shower (!)... with Joey!?@!
Money that I left on the end table.
All my leftovers (Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, Orleans
Pasta, and -- let's not forget -- Joey).
